Ikigai is a Japanese concept, which means the reason for living. This concept was originated in the Japanese island of Okinawa, where the largest population of Centenarians in the world.

You can start small and make your journey more connected with yourself because otherwise you will be fed up at the beginning of your great discovery. Another essential fact is you don’t have to change who you are and your values to find out the reason for life unless they are unhealthy or toxic. The most important part that you need to keep in mind is whatever you do or whatever you have discovered as your life purpose, needs to make you happy and satisfied.
